This picture was taken on Ed Drive in North West Raleigh on one of the first beautiful spring afternoons of 2010. Rick and Rob were walking over to one of their Bentley Ridge listings to shoot a Youtube video and for all of you and we had to stop and grab this shot. That is our office peeking out in the very back left. The office is right in the middle of one of the hottest Condo and
Townhome communities in Raleigh. We love it here because it is really accessible to the RBC center, Crabtree Valley Mall, 440 Beltline, I-40 and Glenwood Avenue. This means you have shopping all around you and plenty of dining within walking distance. We think the best part of this area is village feel and style. The architecture ranges from transitional to Williamsburg to contemporary.
It is a little known fact that the area is actually called Tysonville according to all the maps. It is located at the corner of Edwards Mill Road and Duraleigh Road behind Blue Ridge Medical Park and Rex Hospital.
